Industry Hair Extensions is proudly based in Perth, Western Australia. We ship Australia-wide, with fast dispatch and flexible delivery options — including same-day delivery in Perth metro (where available).


DISPATCH TIMES

We aim to dispatch orders quickly so you receive your hair with minimal wait.

Standard Dispatch

     Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

     During launches, sales, or peak periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been packed and sent, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


PERTH METRO — SAME DAY DELIVERY

We offer same-day delivery for eligible Perth metro orders.

Same-Day Delivery Conditions

     Available for Perth metro addresses only

     Must be placed before the same-day cut-off time shown at checkout

     Subject to driver availability and delivery zone

     Same-day delivery is not available on public holidays

If same-day delivery is available for your suburb, it will appear as an option at checkout.


AUSTRALIA-WIDE SHIPPING

We ship to all Australian states and territories using tracked courier services.

Shipping options and pricing are displayed at checkout and are based on:

     your location

     parcel size and weight

     selected delivery speed

Estimated Delivery Timeframes (Australia)

     Metro areas: approx. 2–5 business days

     Regional areas: approx. 4–8 business days

     Remote areas: may take longer depending on courier networks

These timeframes are estimates only and may vary during busy periods.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All parcels are shipped with tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched you’ll receive:

     a shipping confirmation email

     your tracking link

If you haven’t received tracking within 48 hours (business days), contact us and we’ll help right away.


SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

     your order weight

     delivery location

     selected shipping option

Any free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on the website and automatically applied where eligible.


DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & SIGNATURES

Some courier services may require a signature on delivery. If no one is available:

     The courier may leave a calling card

     The parcel may be redirected to a local collection point

     Delivery may be re-attempted

We recommend choosing a delivery address where someone can receive the parcel if you select a signature-required option.


INCORRECT ADDRESS DETAILS

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.

Once your order is placed, we may not be able to change the address due to fast dispatch schedules.

Industry Hair Extensions is not responsible for:

     Parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout

     Failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information

If a parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to organise either:

     Re-delivery (at the customer’s cost), or

     A refund minus any shipping/return costs


LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us as soon as possible.

Courier investigations can take up to 10 business days.
Refunds or replacements can only be processed once the courier confirms the parcel as lost.


AUTHORITY DELAYS

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

     Weather events

     Public holidays

     courier delays

     service disruptions

     regional or remote delivery limitations
