Orders

Can I order over the phone?

At this stage, all purchases must be placed through our website so everything is processed quickly and accurately. If you need help placing an order, you can message our team on WhatsApp and we’ll guide you through.

Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?

Once an order has been submitted, we will do our best however we’re unable to guarantee changes or cancel it. Our Perth dispatch team moves fast to get orders packed and sent out as quickly as possible.

If you forgot something, simply place an additional order.

Will I receive tracking for my order?

Yes. As soon as your order has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.

If you haven’t received tracking within the expected timeframe, reach out to us on WhatsApp or email and we’ll help right away.

I received the wrong item — what do I do?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and a photo of what you received. We’ll fix it quickly.

My item arrived damaged or faulty — what’s next?

Please contact our team with your order number, clear photos and a short description of the issue. We’ll assess it under our Returns & Faults Policy and sort it out as smoothly as possible.

What delivery options are available?

We ship Australia-wide, with multiple delivery options availableat checkout.

If you’re located in Perth metro, we also offer same-daydelivery (where available).

Same-day delivery (Perth)

Same-day delivery is available for Perth metro orders placed before our cut-off time (shown at checkout). Availability depends on driver capacity and distance.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — international shipping is available. Shipping rates are calculated based on your parcel weight and destination and will be shown at checkout before payment.

Will I need to pay customs fees?

If your order is shipped outside Australia, your country may apply duties or import taxes. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

We don’t have control over international import charges or customs delays.

I entered the wrong address — can it be changed?

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

Once your order has been placed, we may not be able to update addresses due to strict dispatch schedules. If the parcel is already in transit, we cannot redirect it.

If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund (minus shipping costs).

My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

If your parcel is delayed, contact our team and we’ll lodge an investigation with the courier.

Please allow up to 10 business days for courier investigations. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued until the courier confirms the parcel as lost.

I’m missing an item from my order

Before reaching out, please double-check all packaging — smaller items can sometimes be tucked inside.

If something is still missing, contact us with your order number and we’ll make it right.
